July 2008

Urban Soul 2008

Our first event took place in Dublin from the 1st to the 4th of July 2008.

It was all about each one of us answering the great commandment (To love God and others) and following it up by living out the Great commission
(by our indiscriminate acts of kindness).

Indiscriminate acts of kindness were popping up all over Dublin. I’ve even received a few phone calls from friends asking did I know what it was all about. So thank you for taking time out of your lives and spending the week with us in Dublin to change not only communities, but individuals, lives and nations.

Have a look at some of the photos below, and comments of people’s memories of the event.

I’ve fallen in love with the people here. K.C.

I loved the reactions of the people we met, some smiles, some frowns. The most amazing was the look of gratitude and respect we got from the people we were serving H.B.

Remember: Indiscriminate acts of kindness shouldn’t finish at Urban Soul, continue them every week. Let us know what acts you or your group have done, let’s continue the movement, people!
